The Scheduling Department ensures the effective usage of space at Manhattan School of Music and assists in the planning of all private teaching studio, practice and performance activities occurring at the school.
Scheduling Practice Rooms
- Students may schedule practice rooms in person at the Scheduling Office window (Room 110A) between 9:00AM and 12:00PM, Monday through Friday.
- Students may schedule practice rooms online at scheduling.msmnyc.edu.
- Reservable hours for practice are between 9:00AM and 10:00PM in the practice rooms and between 9:00AM and 11:30PM in the classrooms, Monday through Friday.

If you are planning on performing a required or non-required recital during the 2012-2013 academic year, please complete a Recital Application available below and return it to the Scheduling Office as soon as possible in order to guarantee the highest possible preference according to your degree program.
