Dorm Tech Support
Andersen Hall Internet support is now available during limited non-business hours, weekdays and weekends, for students residing in Andersen Hall. Response time will be based on the availability of the I.T. Department's new student worker, Allan T. Bailey.
Students are requested to contact Allan at StudentHelpDesk@msmnyc.edu with their Internet support requests and he will reply as he is able to. When submitting a support request, please provide your name, room number, a phone number where you can be reached, and a brief description of your problem.
Student Email Accounts
The school provides an email account for every student. This email account is the official means of sending you important communications and documents. It is very important that you either check your email account frequently or setup forwarding to your personal email account. Note that the School cannot guarantee that forwarded emails will get to your personal email account. We recommend that you log into your school email account to check for email.
Windows Web Apps
As part of your school email account you also have access to Microsoft Web Apps for Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote. With these Web Apps you are able to create documents, save them on Microsoft's Skydrive, and print them or email them as needed.
